the time has come ....

.... to bake some cupcakes.  I'm making a dozen "21 and over" minis and a dozen "21 and over" cake balls for a party tomorrow night.  They will have matching flavors including vanilla cake, amaretto, orange and white chocolate ganache (or maybe dark chocolate, we'll have to see how I feel when I get to that part.)  I'm doing the baking tonight and the assembling tomorrow and then delivering them tomorrow night.  Cross your fingers, I'm playing it by ear!  =D
